Coupon Holders Rules for Redemption

You must sign a waiver to participate and follow guided instruction and procedures.

Please check the coupon specific title and day for event usage and to assist your reservation request and/or call for availability.

It is the coupon holder’s sole responsibility to make reservations for usage before the deal expiration date. Coupons and their promotional or retained values are only to be used for the acivity designated upon purchase. No event changes or substitutions.

Online Reservations Only – fill out all fields – all coupon numbers and/or party member names must be included in your reservation.

You may use the special comment section on the reservation form to list the names of people in your party and/or coupon id numbers.

You will receive a reservation confirmation e-mail for your online form submission – this is not an automated response system, so please allow time for processing, you may call to check the status.

Note: you must declare coupon use upon reserving. You may not make a reservation in another person’s name and/or present coupons in other names for a different reservation. Once names are designated in a group reservation, it is the individual’s responsibility to follow the coupon usage policies.

24 Hour Minimum Advance Reservations Required – please book early for weekends and special days – no same day bookings please.

48 Hour Cancellation Policy – your coupon is a ticket with a date and departure time assinged via the email reservation confirmation. The tickets are activated for use within 48 hours of your reservation and cannot be modified after that time.

No-show policy – tickets not redeemed on event date confirmed via email shall be considered used and void. No-show Rule Applies 15 minutes after designated arrival time listed on emailed reservation confirmation. No exceptions, please allow time for traffic and transportation.

Weather/Rescheduling Policy

Kayaking is a weather dependent/permitting sport. We will post a message via phone message if conditions are questionable, call to check conditions. Postponements will be via phone or email, please check for official announcement.

Travel decisions are generally based on an assement of safety under the minimum following conditions:

Temperature: 55 degrees and above for paddling, depending on seasonality of conditions; water and wind dynamics.

Wind: below 20mph, range depends upon gusts over the alotted time period and conditions specific to river travel.

Rain: doppler radar projectile for river travel time period or operational hours. A light green (misty/light rain) may be okay vs. Yellow and red cells that contain heavier downpours, thunder or lightning which would be grounds for postponement.

Iy you are cancelled due to weather, we will do our best to prioritize and accommodate your subsequent reservation request. Please keep the weather forecast in mind and check if that helps your planning. It may be difficult to reschedule on weekends.

We will give consideration to expiration dates if weather has been a proven deterrent.

Late season: October expiration date coupon users must reserve by september 30th. Reservation requests in october will be granted as available, but are not eligible for future considerations due to weather.

Weather cancellations are no grounds for any coupon refund.
