How It Works
PARK
Drive into the left entrance of the parking structure at 360 W Hubbard Street (the ramp is sloped downwards). Take a ticket on your way into the garage. Exit through the lobby, walk across the street towards the East Bank Club, and around to the riverwalk!
We are outside and behind the building. Take the steps on the right hand side of the Kinzie St bridge down to our dock.
PADDLE
Enjoy your time on the river! Before or after your kayak adventure, ask us to validate your garage ticket. We will give you a “chaser” ticket that you will take back to your car, along with your original ticket.
PAY
Drive your car up to the pay station, insert your original ticket into the machine, then insert the “chaser” ticket that we gave you. This will reduce the listed price down to $4, plus 50 cents per additional hour (up to 4 hours). If there are any issues, contact us before leaving the garage .
Directions
➢ Once you arrive at the front of the East Bank Club:
◦ Go to the corner of Kinzie Street and N Kingsbury Street.
◦ Walk west on Kinzie Street towards the Divvy station and the metal Kinzie Street bridge.
◦ Just before the bridge, take the staircase on the right side down to the riverwalk. We usually have a folding “Wateriders” sign stationed at or near the top of these stairs.
Car
◦ I-94: Exit 50B. Turn right on Orleans Street, then turn right on Hubbard Street to get to the garage (on the right side).
◦ Lake Shore Drive: Grand Avenue exit. Continue west on Grand Avenue, left on N Orleans Street, then right on Hubbard Place to get to the garage.
◦ Alternative: North Avenue/LaSalle Street exit. Continue on LaSalle Street to Grand Avenue. Turn right, continue to Orleans Street and turn left. Take Orleans Street to Hubbard Street, then turn right to get to the garage.

Public Transit
EL:
◦ Brown/Purple Line:
Get off at the Merchandise Mart Stop. Exit to Kinzie Street. Walk west on Kinzie Street towards the river to the Kinzie Street bridge. Walk down the steps to the riverwalk or your right side.
◦ Red Line:
Get off at the Grand Avenue stop. Walk south down State Street to Kinzie Street, then turn right. Walk 7 blocks to the Kinzie Street bridge. Walk down the steps to riverwalk.
◦ Blue Line:
Take train to the Grand stop. Walk southeast (towards the downtown skyscrapers) on Milwaukee Avenue, turn left on Kinzie Street. Cross bridge, then walk down stairs on left to the riverwalk. You can also walk straight east on Grand Avenue, cross the river and immediately enter the riverwalk on your right side.
◦ Green/Pink Line:
Take train to the Clinton stop. Walk north on Clinton Street to Kinzie Street, turn right, cross bridge, and walk down stairs on left to the riverwalk.
METRA:
◦ Ogilvie/Union Station:
Walk north on Canal Street or Clinton Street to Kinzie Street, turn right, cross bridge, and walk down the stairs on left to the riverwalk.
CTA BUS:
◦ 65 (Grand Avenue):
Hop off at N Kingsbury Street. Walk past the fountain on Grand Avenue (by the bridge) and down the steps to the riverwalk. Continue along riverwalk.
◦ 37 (Sedgwick):
Hop off at the Merchandise Mart. Walk (west) on Kinzie Street towards river to destination (just before bridge). Walk down the steps to the riverwalk.
◦ 125 (Water Tower Express):
Hop off at the Merchandise Mart. Walk (west) on Kinzie Street towards river to destination (just before bridge). Walk down the steps to the riverwalk.
◦ 56 (Milwaukee):
Hop off at Kinzie Street. Walk (east) on Kinzie Street towards the river, and just at the end of the bridge, take the stairs on your left down to the riverwalk.
